1. Definition of Terms:

2. Placing an order from us:
Placing an order through the website is notification that you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can occasionally be subject to change, please check before placing an order.
3. Pottery Items
At Glazed Gifts we have made every effort to ensure that all our products are described as accurately as possible. However, due to the individual nature of handpainting pottery and variation in the colours displayed on different monitors we cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly as seen on your monitor.
4. Price:
All prices are quoted in £ sterling
All prices are inclusive of postage and packaging.
A complimentary pottery pen is included with every wedding plate order, other designs will not include a complimentary pen. An option to purchase a pen will be highlighted in the ordering process.
Any commisioned designed will incur an additional cost as advised on the website. You will be told the total price of the transaction before you complete your purchase.
5. Payments:
Payments must be make in £ sterling only via Paypal. When you have completed your order, you will be automatically transferred to the Paypal secure server.
6. Delivery:
We aim to get your item to you between 3 to 6 weeks. If your item is needed prior to 3 weeks or for a particular date, we are happy to discuss this with you and agree an earlier date depending on our current work schedule.
If we cannot despatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.
Once the items have been signed for at the delivery address it is no longer the responsibility of Glazed Gifts.
Glazed Gifts will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
7. Goods damaged in transmit
Please check your goods on delivery. If the items do arrive damaged please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us via Recorded Delivery in their original packaging.
We will reimburse these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we have no liability for items said to be damaged on delivery.
When returning goods please use the original packaging and provide the details below:
- Sender’s name and address
- Reason for return

No refunds are available on personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us. If we have made a mistake a replacement or a full refund will offered.
We offer a money back guarantee on non-personalised items. Simply notify us by phone or email within 7 days of receipt. Return the item to us at your own expense (unless the item is damaged or faulty) via Recorded Delivery. We will then offer a refund, providing the goods are unused and in merchantable condition.
9. Complaints
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the service we offer. We take any complaint very seriously and we aim to deal with complaints fairly and effectively and within a reasonable time frame.
